The process of establishing goals, using assessments, identifying strengths and areas for development, outcome tracker, coaching prep work, reading suggested coaching books.

The cohesiveness of the various activities (coaching sessions, workshops, outcome tracker and accomplishment updates) provided added emphasis and focus. The "holistic" approach impacted me and provided growth and development for me both personally and professionally.
