Specialty Focus:  Executive Coaching, Team Coaching, Transition Coaching

Coaching Philosophy and Approach: I believe that any leader or potential leader will benefit from good coaching as long as they have a sincere desire to improve their performance or work satisfaction and have the courage to work toward their goals.  My approach to coaching such clients is to provide a safe and exciting environment in which they can inquire, dream and plan.  In addition, I draw on my deep coaching tool kit and government sector experience to ensure their strategies have a systems context, consider only viable options and are informed with the latest in management and leadership theory.  I treat each client as a unique individual and spend time and attention exploring their personality profiles, talents and strengths and creating career and life visions.  I then help them hold and move toward their vision until it becomes their reality.
