Overview and Coaching Philosophy:  As an executive coach and coach trainer, I leverage my first career of twenty-six years international leadership experience with the US Federal Government to help clients get targeted results.  My primary focus is on leadership development and work-life balance.  Through special partnerships, I support clients to identify and achieve their priority goals and move to the next level.  My approach helps others learn “Keys to Success” to support their sustainment of positive results and continued growth toward “Mastery.”

·         26 years experience as an executive in the United States Air Force, attaining rank of Colonel.  International assignment highlights: Europe during Gulf War 1991-92, with key logistics role for the US with NATO; prior assignments in Japan and the Philippines.
