On-going executive leadership coaching for a top Iberian utility, including clients at the Director and Senior Manager levels.

Design and delivery of a two-day coach training program for senior managers of multi-national corporations, emphasizing coaching as a leadership tool.

Currently serve as an exam assessor for the International Coach Federation, assessing coaches who are applying for their PCC and MCC credential.

Fifteen years working in leadership development for large multinational corporations with participants from Europe, Asia, and North and South America, and Africa. Includes in-country experience throughout Europe, US, Russia and Singapore.

Fifteen years experience as a practicing attorney, specializing in commercial litigation, including three years of international experience with a pan-European law firm based in Brussels, and two years as in-house counsel for a healthcare company. Also served as managing partner for a law firm in the US.
