Coaching Philosophy and Approach:

As a Master Certified Coach and Board Certified Coach, my coaching serves to help clients master the ability to get results, maximizing their personal and professional potential for work-life balance and self-awareness. Through a supportive partnership, we engage in a creative process which encourages the client to set meaningful goals, identify obstacles and challenge limiting assumptions, explore options and opportunities, and create actions with accountability. The coaching productivity program uses assessments, in-person meetings, phone meetings, and e-mail combined to support success.  My international focus allows me to connect with and serve clients worldwide.
